Soft vanilla and polished beeswax lead, then a distinctive note of sun-warmed tomato vine that brings freshness rather than greenness. Ripe orchard fruits and subtle baking spice unfold with time, framed by gentle oak, and the waxy character grows the longer it sits in the glass.
Silky, waxy and mouth-coating. Vanilla cream and barley sugar arrive first, then beeswax, ripe orchard fruits and gentle oak spice, with the tomato vine adding a savoury lift to the sweetness. The finish is long and gently drying: vanilla and honey give way to polished oak, soft mineral notes and lingering beeswax.

HighlandFettercairn was founded in 1824 and sits in the Highlands, in the foothills of the Cairngorms. Water cascades down the outside of its copper spirit stills, cooling the metal and encouraging the lighter vapours to rise. That cooling-ring method helps shape the distillery's signature tropical fruit character.
