About

Highland Park

Distillery

Founded in 1798 above Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, Highland Park is one of Scotland's most northerly distilleries. Shaped by its wind-swept island home, it is renowned for a beautifully balanced style built on aromatic Orkney peat and rich sherried oak, heather-honey sweetness, gentle maritime smoke and warming spice. Stepping outside the core range, this single cask lets you taste that Orkney character one barrel at a time, the salt air and heather smoke of a single, finite draw from the far north.
