You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open the One Cask at a Time app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. It takes effect straight away.

Without the app

Email info@onecaskatatime.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• your account and sign-in
• the bottles in your cabinet and your notes
• your email preferences and app notifications
• the app's analytics about you

What we keep

Records of any orders you have placed, for as long as UK tax law requires (six years). Your bottles stay in the Bottle Passport without your name, so each bottle's history stays complete.
