Appearance
Light, tawny, pale straw or amber, viscose legs demonstrating oily complexity
Aroma
Sweet apricot jam, honeyed fruits (pear), vibrancy from citrus peel (orange) hints of marzipan with sparks of cinnamon & ginger. Maltiness comes through as almond sweet biscuit notes. Very inviting.
Taste
Rich and oily initially, delicate yet rich sweet fruit leads, nuttiness, caramel, and cinnamon form, leaving a rich elegant warmth on the finish.
